The wind power industry is experiencing significant growth driven by increasing global emphasis on renewable energy and climate change mitigation. Advances in turbine technology, such as larger and more efficient turbines, are expanding the potential for wind energy generation. Offshore wind farms are emerging as a key growth area due to their higher energy yields compared to onshore installations. Governments worldwide are implementing favorable policies and incentives to support wind energy projects, creating a robust market environment. Additionally, there is a growing focus on integrating wind power into smart grids to enhance energy stability and efficiency. Innovations in storage solutions and grid management are further supporting the sector’s expansion.
The expansion of wind power plants is an important component of the sustainable energy industry. Because the turbines required are becoming ever larger and more powerful, transport is also becoming increasingly challenging. However, with the largest wind power fleet in Europe and numerous specialized vehicles for transporting wind turbine components, we are ideally equipped for this.
Our variable telescopic semi-trailers are used for rotor blade sets of all lengths, low-beds for hubs, nacelles or tower adapters and vessel bridges for tower segments of all weight classes. We collect the various components from the different collection points and transport them to the wind farm for assembly using our specialized vehicles.
