Gruber Beyond MyDesk is an innovative and technological product, in-house developed by GRUBER Logistics to meet its customers’ requirements. Gruber Beyond MyDesk aims at facilitating the work of the company’s customers by creating, on a single, accessible and customizable platform, a single desk for the management and optimization of the supply chain. From the shipment monitoring up to the possibility of downloading the transport document files, customers will be able to manage everything from a single access point. Unique of its kind, with the aid of an easily customizable interface, GruberBeyond MyDesk gives customers the possibility of creating and managing, in full autonomy, their own personal account through which they will enter various services. For instance, they will visualize the chronology, the status and the photos of the accomplished transports, will gain access to the payment progress and will download the relative invoices. Moreover, by means of a GPS system, they will know the
transport position at any time.
