The crisis caused by the Coronavirus emergency does not stop the expansion of the groupage and part-load transport services of the South Tyrolean company GRUBER Logistics, based in Ora. To make its distribution network even more widespread on an international scale, the company has recently opened new branches and activated further lines and direct connections between the main European hubs, while strengthening its presence within the major transport networks. The 6 dedicated own hubs and the presence on over 100 national and international lines ensure daily departures and guaranteed delivery times within 48/72 hours.
“In GRUBER Logistics we have developed a very clear strategy to meet the growing needs of our customers who require an offer based on reliability, immediate responses and guaranteed delivery times” – explains Manuel Scaramuzza, Head of the two Business Units International Distribution and Logistics Services – “For this reason, we continuously strive to optimize our internal processes and improve our offer with a series of services designed specifically for our customers, such as dedicated Customer Care, KPI and reporting, online tracking of the shipments and much more. “
In addition to the opening of 3 new branches in Italy and Germany only in the last 4 months, also the arrival in the company of Manuel Scaramuzza – former Director of Logistics and International Distribution with over 20 years of experience at an Italian logistics company with offices throughout Europe – proves the Group’s willingness to continue to invest in its transport infrastructures and human capital, by developing a dedicated team of specialists in the groupage sector. Nevertheless, the company´s approach remains the same as always: to establish solid and lasting partnerships with its customers, based on a transparent and totally customer-oriented approach, with a wide range of offers and tailor-made solutions.
