PRESENTATION OF THE PRIVACY SYSTEM
The Gruber Privacy System is a uniform system that refers to a single Data Controller (Gruber Logistics S.p.A. – Italy) and applies to all the following companies belonging to the “Gruber” business group:

RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTY
Right to access: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, an extract of the processed data and all related information. (Article 15 of the GDPR)
Right to rectification: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to obtain the timely amendment of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her or the integration of incomplete data. (Article 16 of the GDPR)
Right to erasure: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to obtain the timely erasure of personal data concerning him/her, if illegally processed, in particular if the provisions set forth in Article 17 of the GDPR apply.
Right to restriction of processing: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to obtain a restriction in the scope of the processing of personal data concerning him/her, if the conditions set forth in Article 18 of the GDPR apply.
Right to data portability: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to obtain their data in a standardized format, that can be transmitted without any hindrances to another Data Controller. (Article 20 of the GDPR)
Right to object: it consists in the possibility for the concerned party to object to the processing of data concerning him/her if the provisions set forth in Article 21 of the GDPR apply.
Protection of rights: the concerned party has the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority established by the Republic of Italy, or, alternatively, to the Supervisory Authority of the EU country in which it is operating (Article 77 of the GDPR).
To exercise these rights, or to obtain any further information on this matter, the concerned party must directly contact the Data Controller at the addresses listed above.
