Our programme for drivers training

We believe that drivers play a crucial role in the success of a transport and logistics company like ours. This is why we created the Gruber Driver Academy, with the aim of developing specific learning programmes based on the training needs of each individual driver. The Gruber Driver Academy offers our drivers a comprehensive training programme that deals with a range of issues: from safety at work and ECO-Driving to technical and practical issues related to vehicle maintenance, cargo securing, tyre change and much more. The training course is constantly monitored with the help of our electronic logbook, the Driver Pass, which verifies that the modules offered by the programme are correctly completed and passed.

Our training programme in short

The training programme includes both theoretical and practical activities, and is divided into 8 distinct modules:

  • Introduction and code of conduct
  • Documents and permits (CMR)
  • Relationship with the dispatcher
  • Transport management
  • Correct load management
  • IT systems
  • Management of damages and losses
  • ECO-driving and refuelling
